Short, honest, and in plain English.
A booking is a request
Sending the booking form does not create a contract — it asks us to hold a slot. A technician confirms your appointment personally, by phone or email, within one working day. Until we confirm, nothing is committed on either side.
No work without your approval
Before any work starts you get a written quote. If we find something extra once the car is with us, we contact you first — nothing is done, and nothing is charged, without your go-ahead.
Changing or cancelling
Plans change — just tell us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will move or cancel the booking. No cancellation fees.
Your consumer rights
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Nothing on this site or in these terms reduces your statutory rights.
